The SGA E-Board has a tendency to plan as they go and their lack of prior [strategic] planning causes their sponsored programs to lack the quality intended (poor turn-out, same faces), or to not occur at all.
THE SOLUTION:
In order for the SGA to have successful programs, they must plan [well in advance] the logistics of prospective events. Additionally, once drafted agendas for the semester are solidified, a "draft" of the agenda should be presented to the student body wherein which they can vote on which ideas/events they would like to see carried out/enacted the most. By doing this, the SGA can proceed with scheduled events that will not be done in vain, thereby fortifying the competency and efficiency of the Student Government Association.
