THE ISSUE:

Once a plan of action has been solidified, poor logistical management can cause a potentially good program or endeavor put forth by the SGA to flop.  Factors such as miscommunication, implementation, and lack of human capital [hands] contribute to the deterrents that decreases the quality of programming and/or the ability to carry out set tasks put forth by the SGA.

THE SOLUTION:

As Secretary, I will work closely with the Event Director and develop ways to disperse roles to the members of the E-Board and LUX staff to garner a solid management team, each having a specific job that will ultimately bring a plan of action into fruition.  Delegation of tasks are key, and through this, the LUX, which in the past have been deemed "inactive," along with the E-board as a whole will become more efficient because more hands will yield faster results, and ultimately, better quality.
